As a Responsible Gaming Analyst, you will be instrumental in monitoring player interactions, analyzing behavior, and promoting responsible gaming strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze player data to detect trends and identify potential gambling concerns.
- Implement and promote responsible gaming policies and practices within the organization.
- Provide support to players in understanding responsible gambling resources.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent adherence to responsible gaming initiatives.
- Create reports and presentations that assess player behaviors and the impact of responsible gaming measures.
- Stay current on industry regulations and best practices related to responsible gaming.
- Conduct staff training sessions on the importance of responsible gaming practices.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the iGaming industry.
- Fluent in Danish and capable in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of responsible gaming practices is preferred.
- Proficient analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in the local culture.
