Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to collect, process, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and cost optimization across the organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Perform in-depth statistical analysis and data interpretation to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Deliver at least 5 actionable reports per month to key stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Optimize and automate manual reporting processes, targeting the automation of at least 2 processes per quarter.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data, reducing query response time by 20%.
• Implement and maintain ETL processes to streamline data flow from source systems to analytical platforms.
• Identify and evaluate cost-saving opportunities, presenting at least 3 actionable recommendations annually.
• Monitor and improve data accuracy metrics, driving a 15% quarterly improvement through rigorous validation and cleansing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
