Responsibilities
Personnel deployed for this project will be responsible for the following on-site tasks:
Physical Auditing: Verify and judge server U positions, PDU wiring configurations, switch U positions, and switch ports within the data center racks.
Asset Inventory: Identify and log idle Active Optical Cables (AOCs) located both on and inside the server racks.
Data Logging: Utilize proprietary tools and platforms provided by the client to accurately record all audited data.
Reporting: Provide real-time feedback and structured reports on inventory findings to team leaders and client stakeholders.
Performance & SLA Requirements:
Productivity Baseline: An estimated average of 50 server racks per person per day based on a standard 8-hour workday.
Team Output Target: The combined 30-person team is required to successfully complete 1,500 server racks per day.
Quality Standard: A strict accuracy rate of 99% (rounded down to the nearest 1%) is required for all logged data.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
Technical Expertise: Proven experience and relevant skillset in data center environments, hardware deployment, or infrastructure auditing.
Hardware Familiarity: Strong understanding of server racks, U positions, network switches, PDU wiring, and fiber/AOC cabling.
Language & Team Composition Requirements
The 30-person team will be structured into 3 teams (10 members per team - 1 TL, 9 technicians) adhering to the following language criteria:
Team Leaders: Must be fully bilingual and proficient in both Chinese and English (verbal and written).
Team Members: Proficiency in Chinese language is highly preferred.
