We are looking for a Data Engineer who will help us unify data across products, systems, and departments into a reliable and scalable data platform. Your role will be to build and maintain data pipelines, improve data quality and consistency, and create the foundation for accurate reporting and analytics across the company. Job description:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
- Develop and optimize data models, warehouses, and analytics datasets
- Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to support data-driven decision-making
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and observability across the platform
- Improve data infrastructure performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Support reporting, analytics, and future AI/ML initiatives
- Propose architecture and contribute to long-term data platform strategy
- Automate repetitive processes and improve developer efficiency through modern tooling and AI-assisted workflows
Qualifications we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with large datasets
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and modern data pipeline design
- Experience designing scalable data models and data warehouse solutions
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure)
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools and orchestration platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ownership mindset and pragmatic approach to engineering
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and focus on long-term maintainability and scalability
What other experience would be a big plus?
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem and M365 data (Azure Data factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric, etc.)
- Understanding of Power BI data modeling
- Exposure to AI/ML pipelines or analytics platforms
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and Git workflows
- Experience working in SaaS product companies
- Familiarity with security and compliance concepts
