Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist with fast typing skills and excellent accuracy to join our Onboarding & Accounts Services team. This role is critical to ensuring that all customer and account data is processed quickly, accurately, and in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update customer and account data in systems with high speed and accuracy.
• Review onboarding sheets and ensure data matches supporting documents.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing and validating beneficiary information.
• Handle account service requests such as amendments, updates, and corrections.
• Coordinate with makers, checkers, and operations team to ensure data quality.
• Flag discrepancies or missing information for further review.
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company data.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Fast typing skills with excellent accuracy (typing test may be required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in data entry, operations, or onboarding is a plus.

Requirements

• Fast typing speed (minimum 45–50 words per minute) with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
• Good command of English and Arabic (reading and writing).
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Previous experience in data entry, banking, or onboarding is a plus.
