  • Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of Python and SQL

  • Proven experience with data cleaning, feature engineering and predictive modeling

  • Ability to work with large datasets and apply statistical and machine learning techniques for pricing and risk assessment

  • Experience with WTW Emblem or Radar will be considered an advantage

  • Native Lithuanian and good English communication skills for collaboration across the Baltics

  • Analytical mindset with creativity and curiosity to explore new approaches and solutions

  • Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way

Requirements

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Developing and maintaining pricing models for insurance products such as MTPL, CASCO, property insurance, etc.

  • Evaluating and interpreting A/B testing results and providing recommendations for data-driven decision-making

  • Preparing and presenting analysis results in a simple and understandable way to various business teams

  • Monitoring model performance and making necessary adjustments

  • Exploring new analytical methods, tools, and technologies to enhance pricing and risk modeling capabilities
