We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented Deal Desk Operations Specialist to join our team as we continue to scale. 馃殌

You'll join our young, dynamic finance team of five at a fast growing company, supporting the Deal Desk Manager and CFO with client onboarding, billing accuracy, and clean records as we expand. You'll be based in Brussels and be part of the Finance team, reporting to the Deal Desk Manager and CFO.

Location: Brussels, hybrid (3x week in the office).


What you will do:

Client onboarding and onboarding management:

  • Guide new clients through a smooth, professional onboarding experience for our top app and gaming clients.

  • Set up and maintain client accounts in our internal database with accuracy and attention to detail.

Billing and revenue operations:

  • Track service hours and ensure correct, timely invoicing.

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies to keep processes reliable.

Data & Systems Management:

  • Keep client usage and billing records accurate and up to date.

  • Regularly audit and update our internal tools and databases.

Operational Support:

  • Support the Deal Desk Manager with reporting and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with finance and other teams to keep processes aligned and smooth.

Requirements

Must-have

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.

  • Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • A first experience in sales operations, finance, or customer service, preferably in a SaaS company.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and adaptability; customer service mindset.

Nice-to-have:

  • Prior exposure to client support is a plus.

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).

  • Familiarity with billing and subscription management software.

  • Experience in database management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel).

  • Understanding of financial reconciliation and MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) concepts.
