SPAR Ballindine, Co. Mayo are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Fresh Food Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be overseeing deli operations, ensuring the highest level of service, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage deli staff, ensuring efficient daily operations

• Train, mentor, and motivate team members

• Ensure the deli meets food safety standards

• Provide exceptional service

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

• Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a deli or food service environment is preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
