We look for people who embody:

Innovation to solve the hardest problems.

‍Accountability for every result.

‍Integrity always.

Role Overview

The Delivery Scheduling Lead is responsible for ensuring the right people are deployed to the right work at the right time across their region.

Acting as a key operational partner to both Sales and Delivery leadership, this role combines strong scheduling expertise with a deep understanding of the consulting delivery model. The role requires commercial awareness, regional market knowledge, and the ability to make fast, accurate resourcing recommendations.

Delivery Scheduling Leads play a critical role in enabling the business to deliver projects efficiently while protecting utilisation, margin and delivery quality.

This role works closely with the Regional Presidents and forms part of the global scheduling function supporting Beyond’s international delivery operations.

At Beyond, we believe in work that leaves a mark. This role is for the innovative people who thrive on solving problems that don't have answers yet, for those who are accountable for tangible outcomes, and for individuals who act with integrity when it absolutely has to work.

Role Responsibilities

Regional Delivery Scheduling

  • Own resource scheduling and workforce planning across your regional market.
  • Translate pipeline forecasts and confirmed Statements of Work into practical resource allocation plans.
  • Recommend suitable consultants based on skills, experience, seniority and project requirements.
  • Maintain a clear view of consultant availability, project demand and skills capability within the region.
  • Balance competing resource requests while prioritising commercial impact and delivery commitments.

End-to-End Project & PSA Administration

  • Project Creation & Initialisation: Act as the primary gatekeeper for the PSA (Professional Services Automation) tool. You will translate signed Statements of Work (SoW) into live project structures, setting up billing codes, task hierarchies, and resource placeholders.
  • PSA SME & System Support: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the platform. You will assist the L5 Lead in the "new PSA" build-out, testing new features, and providing daily troubleshooting support to the wider delivery team.
  • MSP Project Support: Provide specialised administrative support for Managed Service Provider (MSP) contracts, ensuring long-term recurring schedules are accurately reflected and don't conflict with short-term project needs.
  • PM Liaison: Work directly with Project Managers to facilitate "debookings" and schedule shifts, ensuring the PSA remains a real-time reflection of reality.

Sales and Delivery Partnership

  • Act as a key operational conduit between Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery teams.
  • Provide rapid and informed resourcing recommendations during project planning and proposal stages.
  • Ensure delivery teams are resourced effectively to meet project timelines and customer expectations.
  • Escalate risks relating to skills shortages, resource conflicts or delivery capacity.
  • Support early pipeline visibility and proactive workforce planning.
  • Support regional utilisation targets by ensuring consultants are effectively deployed.
  • Monitor utilisation trends and work with delivery leaders to address gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Provide insight into upcoming resourcing risks, skills shortages or demand spikes.
  • Ensure scheduling decisions support both revenue realisation and margin performance.

Governance, Compliance & Quality Audit

  • Timesheet Compliance Oversight: Provide governance over the weekly timesheet cycle by monitoring submission compliance, identifying gaps, and proactively following up with Project Managers and consultants to ensure timely completion and support accurate revenue recognition.
  • Data Integrity Audits: Regularly cross-reference project hours against resource allocations to identify variances, ensuring that "actuals" align with the "scheduled" plan.
  • Oversee the allocation, utilisation, and performance tracking of external contractors across the group, ensuring alignment with project requirements and commercial priorities.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for contractor engagement, including onboarding support, scheduling, and ongoing management in line with project demand and budget constraints.

Skills Visibility & Workforce Intelligence

  • Develop strong knowledge of consultant skillsets, experience levels and development trajectories.
  • Leverage workforce planning tools (including Qody) to support skills mapping and capacity planning.
  • Support delivery leaders in identifying capability gaps and informing hiring priorities.
  • Help ensure high-value talent is deployed effectively and not constrained on low-impact work.

Google Ecosystem & Partner Management

  • Take ownership of the Google Partner Hub, ensuring Beyond’s organisational data and project records are up to date to maintain "Premier" status.
  • Support the team by ensuring consultants are correctly registered for Google-funded programs and vouchers associated with specific project deliveries.
  • Support the adoption and effective use of delivery scheduling systems including Qody.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy relating to project allocations and consultant availability.
  • Continuously improve scheduling processes to support speed, transparency and operational efficiency.

Essential Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume data entry (Project Creation) with meticulous attention to detail and zero error rates.
  • Evidence of strong interpersonal skills used to enforce compliance (e.g., chasing timesheets) across diverse teams of engineers and consultants.
  • Experience in resource management, delivery operations, workforce planning or project resourcing within a professional services or consultancy environment.
  • Strong understanding of consulting delivery models and project-based work.
  • Experience working with PSA or workforce planning tools.
  • Ability to interpret sales pipeline data and translate it into resource planning.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across Delivery, Sales or Operations.
  • Strong organisational judgement and the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • High level of data literacy and comfort working with scheduling tools and reporting data.
  • Prior experience navigating Google Partner Hub, DRP, or similar vendor-specific portals (such as AWS APN or Microsoft Partner Center).
  • A basic understanding of Cloud terminology to ensure consultants are correctly tagged to projects (e.g., understanding the difference between "Infrastructure" and "Data" projects).
  • High level of proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, specifically for merging data sets and tracking compliance percentages.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations and influence outcomes across stakeholders of differing seniority and competing priorities.

Built for what’s next.

  • This role is aligned with Qodea’s career framework at the Level 4: Lead Business Operations level. Review the official Business Operations career framework for performance expectations. It details essential skills and behaviours for this level.
