Demand and replenishment planning specialist - Bucuresti

• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan replenishment

• Analyze inventory levels and recommend actions to ensure availability and avoid overstock

• Monitor supply chain KPIs and identify opportunities to improve service levels and efficiency

• Maintain and update product master data and system parameters supporting sales operations

• Prepare and deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports, ensuring data accuracy and on-time delivery to both internal stakeholders and suppliers

• Act as point of contact for suppliers to streamline data flow, ensure timely deliveries and strengthen collaboration

• Provide ad-hoc reporting support to Sales and Commercial teams

• Validate or deactivate product codes based on business needs

• Work closely with IT to enhance reporting tools and automate recurring reporting processes

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain Data & Reporting area

Requirements

The Demand and Replenishment Planning Specialist at INTERBRANDS ORBICO in the Supply Department should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in demand forecasting and inventory management

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends

• Proficiency in using supply chain management software

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

• Knowledge of best practices in supply chain planning

• Bachelor's degree

Compensation and Benefits:

• Gross monthly salary: 9572 RON (equivalent to approx. 5,600 RON net)
