Join Our Team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator!

We are seeking a motivated and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to support our dental practice. This role involves coordinating patient treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patients receive excellent care and communication throughout their treatment experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling new patient consultations and follow-up appointments
• Discussing treatment plans with patients and answering questions
• Assisting patients with insurance and financing options
• Working closely with dental professionals to coordinate care
• Providing exceptional patient service and support

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No weekends)

Compensation: $75,000 per year, with bonuses that will bring your up to $150,000 or more

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in Oral Surgery or similar specialty
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment plans
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with dental software is a plus
