The position involves providing first-line technical support across devices, systems, and applications, while ensuring stability, security, and reliability of the IT environment. You will work closely with senior IT staff, gaining hands-on exposure to modern workplace technologies and developing your technical capability further.



Key responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional support for desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, applications, and hardware
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Assist users with network connectivity, printers, and peripheral devices
  • Perform basic account administration, including access management and password resets
  • Support endpoint protection, patching schedules, and routine software updates
  • Log incidents accurately in the IT ticketing system and maintain clear, structured documentation
  • Assist with asset management and upkeep of hardware and software inventories
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT team members when appropriate



Experience and qualifications

  • IT Diploma, CompTIA A+ / N+, or equivalent certification (required)
  • One to two years’ experience in IT support or a structured service desk environment (preferred)
  • Solid working knowledge of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Clear, professional communication skills, particularly when assisting non-technical users
