The Developer Relationship Supervisor is responsible for managing relationship with all real estate developers, increase commissions and improve collection cycles with developers. This includes working with different departments across the company.

Provide ongoing support and assistance to developers to ensure timely payments of commissions.

Collaborate with developers to resolve any outstanding payment issues or disputes.

Develop and implement new strategies and processes to streamline the collection process and
improve cash flow.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to
promote new products and services.
- Support the marketing team in getting better marketing materials from developers to use in
marketing campaigns.

Manage and resolve any conflicts that may arise with real estate developers.

Ensure that all conflicts are handled with professionalism and in accordance with company policies
and procedures.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in any relatable fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with
developers.

Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making.

Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
