What’s the opportunity?

Our configurable Workflow Management Platform helps clients streamline and automate critical business processes, driving efficiency and cutting costs. We help companies achieve digital transformation, build agile organizations and unlock sustainable improvements.

We are looking for a strong DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build, maintain, and improve modern cloud-native infrastructure. This role is a good fit for someone with solid hands-on experience in Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines, who is comfortable taking ownership of technical tasks and working closely with development and other technical teams. This is not an isolated infrastructure-only role. The person in this position will cooperate with multiple teams and departments, so clear communication, organization, and a proactive approach are very important. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and a team player, but also dedicated to efficient, high-quality and timely delivery.

What will your key contribution be?

• Managing and improving Kubernetes-based environments
• Maintaining and developing AWS infrastructure
• Writing, improving, and maintaining Terraform code
• Working with Helm charts for application deployment and configuration
• Building, maintaining, and troubleshooting GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Supporting development teams with deployments, infrastructure topics, and troubleshooting
• Investigating issues across infrastructure, applications, and deployment processes
• Improving automation, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Cooperating with development, QA, security, and other teams on technical initiatives
• Contributing to DevOps best practices and infrastructure improvements

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer

Strong hands-on experience with

• Kubernetes
• AWS
• Terraform
• Helm
• GitLab CI/CD and/or GitHub Actions
• Linux-based systems
• Troubleshooting cloud-native environments
• Working with infrastructure as code
• Supporting deployment and release processes
