Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Must have completed graduation
• Strong academic foundation in core technical concepts
• Domicile is mandatory

• Develop, maintain, and optimize software applications
• Apply OOP principles to write scalable and maintainable code
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases for efficient data management
• Implement data structures and algorithms to improve system performance
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Technical Skills & Fundamentals

• Basic understanding of AI/ML, Web Development, or Mobile App Development
• Strong grasp of OOP concepts (classes, objects, inheritance, encapsulation, polymorphism)
• Knowledge of data structures (arrays, strings, stacks, queues, linked lists)
• Understanding of database fundamentals and basic SQL/NoSQL queries
• Problem-solving and logical thinking for coding challenges
• Familiarity with software development best practices
• Basic knowledge of Git/version control

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
