FLINT is seeking Multi-skilled Equipment Operators with dewatering experience for a permanent project position in Fort McMurray, AB starting June 2026. This position will include groundwork. In this position, you will enjoy a 7/7 schedule, camp accommodations or local, flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 5,000 hours of combined experience operating support equipment. Experience may be on any combination of the following equipment, or concentrated on one or more individual pieces:
Loader
D6 or larger Dozer
450-class or larger Excavator
Grader
Willing and able to perform groundwork as required.
Hold a valid CSO (Common Safety Orientation) from Energy Safety Canada.
Physically capable of performing demanding job duties in various weather and site conditions.
Able and willing to train on new equipment as requested.
Able to provide a clean 5-year driver's abstract with fewer than 6 demerit points.
Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Dewatering or Pipe Fusing experience is an asset.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
