What is the essence of the role?
We are seeking a Digital Growth Manager to lead and continuously evolve the digital marketing strategy and growth ecosystem across our brands, products, and international markets.
This is a strategic, system-level role focused on driving sustainable growth through innovation, experimentation, and optimization. Success in this position requires a creative, data-informed mindset and a passion for uncovering new opportunities across channels, content, technology, and customer journeys. Rather than relying on additional resources, the role is centered on rethinking how existing capabilities, teams, and platforms work together to deliver stronger results.
As Digital Growth Manager, you will operate at the intersection of digital channels, platforms, and customer experiences, ensuring our marketing efforts consistently attract, engage, and convert the right audiences worldwide. You will identify growth opportunities, improve marketing effectiveness, and help build scalable systems that accelerate business performance across markets.
Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, IT, Design, and business stakeholders to align growth initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
What will your job look like?
Strategy & System Ownership
Co-creating and evolving the company’s digital marketing strategy
Defining how channels, content, traffic, and conversion fit into a unified system
Translating business goals into clear audience and funnel strategies
Cross-Team Coordination
Aligning digital strategy with content, traffic, and conversion teams
Ensuring shared understanding of priorities, international audiences, and journeys
Acting as the strategic coordinator between specialists
Leading digital marketing experts
Innovation & Growth Experiments
Designing and leading growth experiments across channels, funnels, and audiences
Identifying non-obvious opportunities to improve results using existing assets and traffic
Challenging established digital practices and proposing alternative approaches
Turning insights, constraints and limitations into growth opportunities
Data-Informed Decision Making
Using performance data and behavioral insights to guide strategic changes
Evaluating effectiveness across channels rather than optimizing isolation
Supporting experimentation and informed iteration at a system level
What do you need to be successful?
- 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Experience attracting international audiences and supporting digital marketing strategies across multiple regions or brands.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing digital channels, including paid media, organic, content, and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and funnel metrics.
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience optimizing customer journeys across websites, landing pages, and campaigns.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA, dashboards, attribution reporting) and user journey optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, and project management tools.
- Strong system-thinking and strategic mindset.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, curious, and focused on continuous improvement.
- Previous team leadership, mentoring, or cross-market project coordination experience is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
