Working in a fast-paced fintech environment, the role requires strong analytical capability and a product mindset to identify growth opportunities and optimize payment flows. You will collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, marketing, and business teams to shape end-to-end payment experiences. The position also plays a key role in ensuring regulatory alignment within the Brazilian financial ecosystem. This is a highly impactful role for someone who enjoys combining data, partnerships, and product strategy to improve financial access and performance at scale.

Accountabilities

  • Own and evolve the strategy and performance of acquiring and sub-acquiring payment products, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and revenue growth across multiple payment flows such as bill payments, top-ups, Tap to Pay, and payment links.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, cost efficiency, user experience, and overall payment success rates.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with financial ecosystem partners, including banks, payment networks, and technology providers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, product, marketing, and business) to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards defined by Central Bank of Brazil and other payment network requirements.
  • Develop business cases and financial analyses to support product innovation, investment decisions, and roadmap prioritization.
  • Track market trends and emerging innovations in digital payments to identify new growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Requirements

    • Solid experience (5+ years) in financial product management, preferably in fintechs, payment institutions, acquirers, or sub-acquirers.
    • Strong knowledge of payment ecosystems, including card payments, digital wallets, acquiring flows, and Brazilian financial regulations.
    • Experience designing and evaluating business cases, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and P&L considerations.
    • Advanced analytical skills with experience handling large datasets and performance metrics.
    • Proficiency in Excel and solid working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and business stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Intermediate English or Spanish proficiency for interaction with global partners and documentation.
