Digital Solutions Engineer

What you’ll do:

• Understand customer objectives, business processes, workflows and success criteria

• Translate customer requirements into solution storyboards and digital workflows

• Configure and deploy Vyn solutions for demonstrations, trials and production use

• Support solution implementation, testing, user acceptance and optimisation

• Build customer dashboards and provide data-driven operational insights

• Work closely with Customer Success, Delivery, Product and Engineering, feeding customer feedback into the product roadmap

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

• 3–4 years’ experience in solution engineering, software implementation, technical consulting or digital solutions

• Experience configuring/implementing SaaS, workflow or cloud-based solutions, and creating process maps, user journeys or solution storyboards

• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, SQL and system integrations; exposure to Python, JavaScript, HTML or CSS

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-facing mindset

• Comfortable working UK/European business hours; experience with dashboarding tools like Amazon QuickSight is a plus
