That’s what we build. At Manometric, we design and produce custom orthoses using proprietary 3D scanning, smart software and scalable production. We bring cutting-edge technology to bear on the age-old orthopedic industry. Growing rapidly, we face a host of scaling challenges that require true systems thinking. To solve these challenges as fast as they arise, we're hiring a Digital Solutions Lead, with end-to-end ownership of our hardest business problems.

The role you play in our growth

You are the leading edge of the software team, addressing complex and ambiguous challenges like:

• Ensuring our patient intake process lets practitioners focus on the person in front of them instead of admin

• Setting up an ERP for rapidly scaling made-to-order production

• Implementing health insurance declaration in complex foreign markets

You own these challenges end-to-end:

• You define the problem by speaking directly to business users

• You research and decide the approach: build, buy or push back

• You design the solution, creating briefs, wireframes or a proof of concept

• You make the solution reality, either

  • Building yourself using off-the-shelf tools, AI or your own software engineering skills

  • Working closely with our team of engineers to create it

• You drive successful adoption by training users and tracking success

• You run the solution until you’ve transferred it to a permanent owner

You report to Tjebbe (Head of Software), who helps you with prioritization and how to tackle these problems most effectively. You’ve crushed it in 12 months if you made multiple vague and complex problems disappear. People don’t remember that they were once problems. Now they just work.

Requirements

Who we are looking for

You are a great fit if you:

• Have 2–6 years of operating experience in a rapidly scaling environment where processes were still being built

• Are a barrel. You have successfully owned complex projects: product launches, market entries or software implementations. You have a track record of turning failing projects into major successes.

• Have experience building software, creating internal tooling or configuring ERP or CRM systems. You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you do have to be a builder

• Have worked extensively and directly with non-technical users. You deeply understand their problems without needing an intermediary.

• Use AI tooling in smart ways to rapidly analyze problems and create solutions. You can teach us something we don’t yet know about how to get value out of Claude.

• You have a good sense for UX. You’ve made easy-to-use solutions without depending on a designer.

• Want to drive impact as an individual contributor and operator. Spending a day laser focused on a problem energizes you.

• You’re fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.

• Experience with Typescript applications or Odoo is a bonus.
