The Director of Campaign Management is a proactive and consultative leader responsible for delivering high-quality client outcomes while driving operational excellence across the full campaign lifecycle. This role oversees and develops a team of Campaign Managers, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality in campaign setup, execution, and delivery.
This position owns resource planning, revenue forecasting, and performance tracking, ensuring business continuity while continuously improving processes and workflows. Success in this role requires strong accountability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to lead quality and exceptional client service. The Director will act as a subject matter expert, building trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners. The ability to lead through change—adapting systems, workflows, and team structures while motivating teams to meet evolving business needs—is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and support a team of Campaign Managers to ensure successful campaign execution. Manage scheduling, including annual leave and handovers, while fostering strong collaboration across PODs, operations, vendors, sales teams, and clients.
- Campaign & Data Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of lead types, delivery requirements, and global/regional data considerations, including data sourcing and privacy compliance.
- Campaign Execution Oversight: Oversee the planning, setup, management, and delivery of lead generation programs using relevant technology platforms, ensuring SLAs are met and datapass processes are completed accurately.
- Quality Assurance & Escalation Management: Proactively identify and address lead quality or delivery issues, manage client feedback and complaint tracking, and escalate concerns appropriately to senior leadership or vendor management.
- Performance & Revenue Management: Monitor campaign performance, reporting, and insights while ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and alignment with business goals.
- Market Intelligence & Feedback: Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings, providing actionable feedback to improve products and services.
- Training & Compliance: Support training initiatives, maintain accurate documentation, ensure adherence to training standards, and safeguard sensitive data by identifying and escalating potential risks.
- Analytical Thinking & Stakeholder Management: Apply strong analytical skills to campaign planning and execution while effectively managing expectations across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Business Growth Support: Encourage Campaign Managers to identify incremental revenue opportunities and support sales efforts, including RFPs and proposals as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proactive, self-motivated professional with strong organizational and time management skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver operational excellence
- Required to work on-site five days per week
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation, including campaign workflows, quality assurance processes, and data governance
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $80,000 and $110,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
