Job Description:
Primary role will involve handling inbound calls.
1) Process: - Inbound Voice
2) Shifts Timing: Night (8.30 pm-6:30 am)
3) Salary: - 10 to 20 percent hike on present ctc.
4) Experience: - 6 months Exp. In international outbound process
5) Criteria: - Candidate should be Fluent in English.
6) Shifts: Night shift only
7) Salary 1st of Every Month
8) Working Days: 6 (Rotational Off)

Eligibility Criteria:
1.Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill.
2.Candidate with at least 6 months experience in International Outbound can apply for Inbound Tech Process.
3.Support Process.
4.Candidate must know how to close their own call and must know how to close calls by taking payments through different gateways.
