Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and moderate user content to ensure adherence to community standards.
  • Offer exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to our **Dutch **-speaking audience.
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and moderation activities.
  • Provide feedback on user trends and moderation process improvements.
  • Keep updated on best practices within the content moderation and customer service sphere.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in a customer service or content moderation role is advantageous.
