In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about online courses and educational resources.
Your fluency in Dutch will be crucial as you engage with clients to address their questions regarding course content, registration processes, and technical support. You will play a significant role in enhancing the learning experience for our users, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to excel in their educational pursuits.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat concerning e-learning inquiries
- Assist customers in navigating the online learning platform and resolving any access issues
- Provide clear information about course offerings, schedules, and registration
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
- Collaborate with our educational team to address complex inquiries and improve user experience
- Gather customer feedback to enhance our e-learning products and services continually
- Stay informed about trends and developments in online education
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in education or technology, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Passion for education and helping others achieve their learning goals
- Familiarity with customer support software and learning management systems is a plus
