What you will be doing:
- Personally welcome and escort VIP guests, ensure VIP room inspections with Housekeeping.
- Maintain and regularly update guest profiles; ensure guest needs are anticipated and fulfilled.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints tactfully, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Champion of the loyalty program among the guests and knows all its benefits.
- Oversee the hotel operations, ensuring accessibility, safety, and guest comfort.
- Conduct Night Audit processes and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- Review rate variances, billing instructions, and guest credit to ensure revenue control and accuracy.
- Communicate key operational updates and guest feedback to the Rooms Division Manager.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, F&B outlets, and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand. Remote area work experience is preferred.
- First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage.
- Hands-on, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills..
- A confident and proactive problem-solver with strong conflict resolution skills.
- Working knowledge of front office, concierge and night audit preparations as well as MS programs and OPERA Cloud system.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced service environment.
- Flexible with working hours and ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
