Do you enjoy helping people get the most out of their tools – and thrive when you can structure, teach, and support in equal measure? We're looking for a curious, service-minded colleague to join our Modern Workplace team and take ownership of the continuous performance of our Dynamics 365 platform.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of platform operations, user enablement, and intelligent automation. You'll be the go-to person for our D365 environment – keeping things running, supporting colleagues, maintaining documentation, and delivering training that builds real confidence.

You'll also support our growing use of AI agents and automation, helping turn new capabilities into practical solutions. You don't need a long CV – but you do need curiosity, structure, follow-through, and a genuine interest in the Microsoft ecosystem.

What you'll be doing

• Monitor the platform
  Keep a close eye on our Dynamics 365 environment, spot issues early, and ensure everything runs smoothly for users across Service and Sales.
  
  
• Support your colleagues
  Be a reliable first point of contact for questions and issues, and help users get comfortable and confident in the platform.

• Maintain training material
  Keep guides and documentation current and useful as the platform evolves.

• Run training sessions
  Plan and deliver engaging onboarding and refresher sessions, adapting to different learning needs across the organisation.

• Build and support AI agents
  Assist in developing new AI agents and maintaining existing ones, as we grow our use of intelligent automation across the business.

What we're looking for

Education

You have a recent degree within IT. Mindset matters more to us than experience.

You're curious and like figuring things out. When you learn something useful, you share it.

Working style

You're reliable. People know they can count on you, and you follow through without needing to be reminded. You like knowing what's expected.

Communication

You listen. You communicate clearly with both managers and end users – adjusting your style to fit the audience. You're fluent in English, other European languages are a bonus.
