Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the performance of e-commerce platforms including Shopify or Magento
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales and product launches online
- Analyse site traffic, conversion rates and basket data to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics and customer service teams on the online experience
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory levels and fulfilment integrations
- Produce weekly trading reports and present insights and recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of e-commerce management experience
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel
- Understanding of SEO, paid search and email marketing in an e-commerce context
- Highly organised with excellent project management and communication skills
