Editorial Contributor Administrator (Type 7 / ERG Media)

ERG Media and Type 7 rely on a vast, global network of high-tier photographers, writers, and creatives. We are seeking a highly organized Contributor Manager to completely own the logistics of this network, acting as the bridge between our creative directors in Milan and our freelance talent worldwide.

You will be responsible for maintaining our contributor database, issuing clear creative briefs, relentlessly chasing deadlines, managing contract administration, and processing monthly invoices. A typical day involves onboarding a new photographer in Tokyo, ensuring an architectural writer has signed their NDA, tracking incoming assets in Dropbox against our master schedule, and clearing the month's freelance invoices (via Wise/bank transfer) with our finance and admin team at ERG Media B.V. in Amsterdam. You will entirely remove contributor logistics from the plates of the founders and ops leads.

Requirements

Requirements:

• A background in creative operations, agency logistics, or production coordination.
• Hyper-organized with an almost obsessive attention to detail.
• Experience handling freelance contracts, rights management, and invoice processing across multiple currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, JPY).
• Excellent, professional communication skills. You know how to politely but firmly hold creatives to strict deadlines over email and WhatsApp.
• Familiarity with Slack, Dropbox, and project management software. Ability to remain calm under pressure and bring structure to a fast-moving, creatively driven environment.
