**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
Description: ACT1 Federal is seeking an eLearning Developer to support the modernization of special tactics training through the design, development, and implementation of interactive digital learning products and instructional technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Developing online learning modules
- Designing multimedia instructional products
- Support learning management systems
- Create digital assessments
- Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers
- Ensure courseware meets learning objectives
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or psychology is required.
- Minimum five (5) years supporting DoD instructional technology programs.
- Special Operations background is preferred.
- Experience developing online training solutions.
- Active Secret Clearance is required.
