Electric Foreman

As an Electric Forman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical installation and maintenance projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong technical background in electrical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance projects
• Manage a team of electricians and oversee their work to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations
• Plan and organize work schedules, manpower, and materials to meet project deadlines
• Ensure that work is carried out safely and in accordance with safety standards and procedures
• Perform quality checks to ensure the work meets the required standards
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare progress reports as required
• Coordinate with other teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance
• Valid electrician license or certification
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and codes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Proficient in using electrical tools, equipment, and measuring devices
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of SAP
