- Budget and Cost Management:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor project expenses and manage budgets to avoid cost overruns.

- Assemble and lead project teams, including electricians, subcontractors, and support staff.
- Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and ensure efficient coordination among team members.

Qualifications
- Required Skills, Experience, and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, ora relatedfield.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager,demonstratingsuccessful project completions in electrical construction.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships andfacilitateeffective collaboration.
