Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic security systems to resolve performance or connectivity issues.
Conduct system testing, commissioning, and inspections to ensure proper functionality and compliance with project requirements.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for system installation and troubleshooting.
Program and configure security equipment including cameras, controllers, sensors, and network devices.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to complete installations and service calls efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation including service reports, installation records, and system updates.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, electrical codes, and safety regulations.
Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades as needed.
Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation of installed security systems.
