We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler with hands-on soldering experience to support production and assembly operations. This role is responsible for assembling electronic components, performing soldering tasks, and ensuring product quality meets company and customer standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly of electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products
  • Execute hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components per work instructions
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Inspect work for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and rework assemblies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation following 5S principles
  • Support production schedules and meet daily output targets
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on process improvements


Required Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of electronics assembly and soldering experience
  • Proficiency in hand soldering (IPC standards preferred)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic understanding of electronic components and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification
  • Experience with SMT and through-hole assembly
  • Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures
  • Experience in automotive, diagnostics, or related electronics manufacturing


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed


Work Environment

  • Manufacturing/production floor environment
  • Exposure to standard assembly tools, soldering equipment, and testing devices
  • Use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures required
