The Role

As an Embedded Legal Engineer, you'll be uniquely positioned at the intersection of engineering and legal, working directly within our Legal Team to transform high-touch, manual workflows into scalable, automated solutions. This is a mission-critical role that combines deep technical expertise with intimate understanding of end to end legal operations challenges, enabling you to build tooling that directly impacts all Palantirians across the globe.

In this role you’ll have the unique opportunity to directly influence and scale internal legal operations for our customers (Palantirians), who are working alongside the world's most critical institutions. By building on Palantir’s powerful platforms, leveraging integrated cutting-edge AI, you’ll help Palantir unlock the full potential to make smarter, faster decisions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and build custom applications, integrations, and workflows that eliminate manual processes
  • Wrangling data and using AI to accelerate and enhance critical operations
  • Shaping team strategy and driving projects from ideation to deployment to deliver real value
  • Develop embedded relationships, building alongside user-groups and key stakeholders

  • What We Require

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience
  • Proficiency with one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar
  • Hands-on experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance operations
