We are looking for a practical, hands-on specialist who improves end-user experience through automation and continuous improvement in daily work. The role combines development on ServiceNow and related platforms with the use of AI and automation to simplify daily work and reduce manual effort. You are expected to develop your skills continuously and apply new technologies in practice.
What you'll do:
- Configure and improve workflows, forms, and automations on ServiceNow and related ITSM platforms
- Build small-scale solutions such as scripts, integrations, and internal tools to identify and automate repetitive work and reduce manual effort
- Work with business teams to understand end-user issues and translate them into practical system improvements
- Enhance end-user experience across ServiceNow modules and beyond traditional ITSM tools (e.g. HR and Finance), not limited to IT
- Implement and develop AI-driven support capabilities as part of everyday operations
- Improve workflows and ways of working together with operations and development teams
- Document solutions and identify improvement opportunities

- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies in practice
- Proactive mindset in improving ways of working
- Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
- Interest in automation, improving processes, and simplifying work
- Good understanding of end-user support and how it can be improved
- Basic to intermediate coding skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript) and willingness to develop them further
- Ability to take ownership and deliver concrete improvements
- Experience or interest in ITSM practices, especially in applying AI and automation
- Strong communication skills in Finnish and English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow (e.g. workflows, incidents, automations)
- Experience with scripting, integrations, or APIs
- Familiarity with AI tools and their practical use in support or operations
- Interest in operational efficiency
- Hands-on experience in building and improving solutions used in daily operations
- Continuous learning through practical work with modern tools and technologies
