  • · Effectively captured business requirements through all EC workbooks and implemented corresponding system configurations.
  • Proposed alternative solutions to business stakeholders for critical processes that are not directly supported by the system.
  • Experienced in troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving system defects.
  • Comprehensive involvement in all project phases, including full life-cycle implementations and ongoing production support.
  • Handled EC cutover activities and provided post-Go-Live support for key HR issues and enhancements.
  • **Requirement Gathering **: Collaborated closely with clients to understand their HR business processes, requirements, and goals through workshops and interviews.
  • **Solution Design **: Developed system configurations and recommended best practices aligned with client needs, preparing detailed functional design documents outlining proposed solutions.
  • **System Configuration **: Configured the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module based on approved designs, including setting up employee data models, job structures, workflows, security parameters, and other essential system settings.
