You will be responsible for selling advanced digital solutions that support connected operations, including ERP, MES, QMS, and industrial analytics platforms. The position requires a strong ability to engage senior stakeholders, translate complex technical capabilities into business value, and close high-value SaaS and subscription-based deals. You will operate in a consultative sales environment, leveraging cross-functional expertise to build compelling ROI-driven proposals. Working remotely across Canada, you will own the full sales cycle while collaborating with technical and industry specialists. This is a strategic role where commercial execution and deep industry understanding combine to drive digital transformation in manufacturing.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving enterprise software revenue growth across manufacturing accounts by managing the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure, while ensuring strong alignment with business objectives.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for enterprise software solutions, including ERP, MES, QMS, and advanced analytics platforms.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts or territories using a structured, disciplined sales approach.
  • Lead value-based selling efforts, including ROI analysis, solution scoping, and commercial proposal development.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants, product teams, and industry experts to design tailored customer solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales activity updates through CRM systems on a regular basis.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for executive-level stakeholders.
  • Develop strong understanding of manufacturing software ecosystems and emerging digital trends impacting industrial operations.

  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate brings deep enterprise software sales experience, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders in manufacturing and industrial environments.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, consulting, or manufacturing industry roles.
    • Proven success selling complex software solutions such as ERP, MES, QMS, IIoT, or analytics platforms.
    • Strong experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions in enterprise environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level decision-makers.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and digital transformation trends.
    • Experience working with structured sales methodologies and complex deal cycles.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to travel up to 30% as required.
    • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
    • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on value-based selling and ROI-driven outcomes.
