Responsibilities:

• Maintain SharePoint site for Master data requests

o Track requests through SharePoint and offline

o Maintain documentation for requests

o Timely follow-up with stakeholders

o Provide regular updates to business

• Back-up for Master Data Steward (BOM creation/change, Material master updates)

• Work to improve existing processes

o SharePoint

o New Material initiation

• Own basic Level I deviations

o Gather data for deviation tracking

Key Skills:

• Basic understanding of industry/GMP experience

• Understanding of Quality Systems

• Ability to work independently

• Excellent organizational skills and time management

• Willingness and ability to learn new technical skills and information quickly

• Knowledge of SharePoint

• Some exposure to SAP

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

• Strong technical writing skills
