Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of a wide variety of events ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community functions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a keen eye for detail. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of various events including logistics, venue booking, and vendor management.
  • Support the development and distribution of promotional materials and invitations.
  • Manage event registration processes and maintain attendee databases.
  • Coordinate on-site event setup, including signage, equipment, and catering arrangements.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met.
