REQUIREMENTS:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing daily tasks and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This includes:
- Effectively triaging and prioritizing a high volume of requests, emails, and communications.
- Preparing presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
- Organizing and managing documents and files.
- Ensure clear and accurate meeting notes are taken during the CEO's meeting, and taking ownership on all follow-up action items.

- Task Management & Delegation: Support the director in staying on target with all the competing tasks.
- Financial Administration: Manage financial tasks using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, including expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Creative Projects: Contribute creatively to various projects and initiatives, utilizing Canva and other design tools as needed.
- Growth Oriented: Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills, take on increasing responsibilities, and grow within the organization.
- Flexibility: Be available consistently during early morning hours, with remaining hours being flexible.
- Calendar Management: Managing and maintaining the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Event Planning: Planning and coordinating office events, meetups, and annual retreats
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preference given to those who can commute 1-2 hours/week to our office in Manhattan
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks is a must
- Previous experience working for a C-level executive
- 20 hours/week, building to 40 hours/week
- 1099 contract position, choose your own hours
