Job Description

The role of Executive RBO Sales is the primary drive for business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic and tactical plans, and executing account-based sales strategies while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve revenue and expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore business opportunities & growth prospect and submit proposal for management approval /review
  • Develop strategic and tactical business plan for assigned brands
  • Assesses new market opportunities to grow company business at extensive level
  • Proactively collect market information, analyze market trends, competitors’ products and strategies and take necessary action
  • Functions as team member in a variety of strategy and business development projects
  • Establish annual sales and execution plan; together with team collaborate with other departments to achieve set growth objectives
  • Develop the right by-account selling strategies together with the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with target factories, vendors, agents and buying offices

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: BBA from any reputed University
  • Experience: 3-4 years experience in RMG (trims experience will be added advantage)
