We are hiring for an Executive Recruiter to join our Nurse Management & Hospital Leadership practice in Meridian, Idaho. What You'll Do

  • Lead Executive Search Projects: Manage searches from initial candidate identification through offer acceptance, partnering closely with clients and candidates throughout the process.

  • Build Talent Pipelines: Research, source, and engage high-caliber healthcare leaders through networking, referrals, market mapping, and strategic outreach.

  • Conduct Candidate Interviews: Assess experience, leadership style, motivations, and cultural alignment to identify candidates who will thrive in our clients' organizations.

  • Drive Search Execution: Execute targeted recruiting campaigns, maintain candidate engagement, and follow established search processes to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Relationship Management: Develop trusted relationships with healthcare executives, nursing leaders, and client organizations nationwide.

  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with leadership and colleagues in a highly collaborative environment where ideas are shared and success is celebrated.

  • Stay Organized: Maintain accurate CRM records, candidate activity, and search documentation throughout each engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or other relationship-driven environments

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently

  • Ability to follow established processes while continuously seeking ways to improve

  • Comfortable conducting outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Patient and persistent, with the ability to work through longer sales and recruiting cycles

  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving goals
