We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Sourcing to manage supplier-related activities, pricing requests, and procurement of goods and services. Requirements

  • Act as the main point of contact between the business unit and the central Procurement & Contracts team.
  • Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers and prepare comparative analysis reports.
  • Support internal supplier selection processes based on commercial and technical evaluations.
  • Negotiate pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for purchases.
  • Evaluate quotations and prepare detailed cost breakdowns within company systems.
  • Meet suppliers, conduct vendor visits, and assess warehouse capabilities when required.
  • Maintain and regularly update supplier and vendor databases.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of purchase transactions and documentation.
  • Generate monthly procurement and sourcing reports from ERP systems.
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong, long-term vendor relationships.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Experience:
2–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and procurement processes.
  • Experience in supplier negotiations and commercial evaluation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • ERP system experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Adaptable, detail-focused, and willing to learn.
