We're looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced industrial environments and knows how to find great talent before the competition does. In this role, you'll partner directly with plant leadership and hiring managers to recruit the skilled workforce that keeps manufacturing operations running smoothly.
This is not a desk-only recruiting role. You'll spend time onsite 2x/week, building relationships with leaders and candidates, understanding workforce needs, and developing creative hiring strategies for high-volume manufacturing positions.

The ideal candidate will...
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of successful placements in automotive and manufacturing roles.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Must live in Mexico.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry trends
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics
- Experience with remote recruiting and virtual interviewing techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability to changing business needs and recruitment challenges
