Assigning tasks and overseeing maintenance / Packaging mechanics staff functions.24 hour “on call” status for equipment emergency repairs.Schedules, oversees Preventative Maintenance (PM) on all production and facility equipment.Works with all departments to increase the capacity of the manufacturing group by enhancing the reliability of equipment.Requests, schedules, and oversees the activities of various contractors working throughout the facility.

Additional ResponsibilitiesOther duties may be assignedResponsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints & resolving problems.

Education and Experience
A minimum of five (5) years hands on and supervisory pharmaceutical experience with facilities maintenance and/or packaging experience.
