Facilities Manager

We are looking for a hands on Facilities Manager to oversee the safe, efficient and compliant day to day operation of a small mixed use production and office facility. This role is critical to ensuring that the building, equipment and services are well maintained, and that all routine health and safety checks and controls are effectively implemented. The successful candidate will take ownership and lead by example, ensuring that responsibilities are delivered through personal action.

Requirements

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day to day operation of the site, ensuring a safe and compliant environment
• Oversee maintenance of building infrastructure, equipment and facilities services
• Implement and monitor health and safety procedures, checks and controls
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal standards
• Coordinate contractors and service providers as required
• Act as the on site point of contact for facilities related matters
• Take a proactive, hands on approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
