Facilities Sr. Technician - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking experienced Facilities Senior Technicians to perform technical maintenance of facility equipment and support services. The candidate will ensure optimal performance of mechanical and electrical systems across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of facility equipment including HVAC, pumps, compressors, and utility systems

• Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems

• Conduct preventive maintenance activities

• Ensure smooth functioning of all support services and infrastructure

• Maintain maintenance logs and reports

• Follow safety, quality, and compliance procedures

• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams

• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment

Requirements

4. Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical (Mandatory)

5. HVAC / Utility Certification (Mandatory)

6. Minimum 5 years of experience in facility/utility maintenance

7. Experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance

8. Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems

9. Understanding of safety and compliance standards

10. Salary: SAR 3,000 – 4,000 + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)
