- Coordinate with Sales and Retail teams to stay informed on product needs and adjust production accordingly.
- Monitor output and quality to help the team stay on track with production targets and budget expectations.
- Hire, train, mentor, coach, and develop team members to ensure consistent performance and a positive work environment.
- Organize production schedules, track inventory, and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant facility

- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams to achieve maximum results and a positive and safe team culture.
- Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing process improvement and techniques.

- Ability to adapt to changing conditions, problem solve and coordinate productively between the national and local teams.
