Key Responsibilities
đŒWhat Youâll Do
As a key member of our Customer Service team,youâll:
- Respond to inquiries related to insurance policies and coverage
- Resolve moderately complex issues with empathy and professionalism
- Interpret policy details and make informed decisions within defined authority limits
- Communicate across multiple platforms while navigating internal systems
- Document interactions and escalate unresolved cases when needed
- Collaborate with departments like Claims, Underwriting, and Policy Support
- Identify trends and suggest process improvements
- Stay up to date on compliance, legal requirements, and product updates
Requirements
đŻWhat Weâre Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Fluent English
- 1â3 years of customer service experience
- Call Center experience highly desirable
- Strong computer skills and ability to work across systems
- Availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday only
