This is an exciting role for a highly organized, detail oriented, and strong critical thinker to join our team in GIFT City, India helping us to manage our fee reconciliation process.

The primary role of the Fee Reconciliation Associate is to ensure our fees are fully reconciled and in line with the brokers/exchanges.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform reconciliations and validations of the firms’ global clearing, exchange, and regulatory fees/rebates against daily & monthly reporting from third parties such as exchanges and brokers.
  • Assist in monthly fee generation and accrual upload processes.
  • Help build out procedures and internal controls around fee reconciliation activities.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders to research and provide resolutions for fee breaks.
  • Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis around fee breaks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills You’ll Need:

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to define and resolve problems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent documentation skills
  • Demonstrated examples working with technology to improve processes.
  • A controls-oriented mindset with a focus on reducing firm risk.
  • Comfort reviewing large sets of data with limited direction.
  • Accomplished communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) in English to both internal and external contacts on a global basis
  • 5+ year’s work experience preferred in a reconciliation and/or operations capacity.
